I like this old vintage book, there are 21+ beautiful illustrations by Treyer Evans. The book was printed in the 1940's.

My mum won this lovely book as a prize for tidy handwriting in 1946. There is some erroneous info on the internet that it wasn’t published until 1956 but maybe that was a later version. The original version printed by Harrison & Sons was in the 1940s.
